What access do you need?
A temporary Global Reader role on one account. It cannot change anything. You grant it before we start and remove it when we are done.
How long does it take?
Once access is in place, the report is usually with you within five working days, followed by the walkthrough call.
Will this disrupt my users?
No. Nothing is changed during the review. Anything we recommend is yours to schedule.
We use a different IT provider. Is that a problem?
No. Many clients use this as an independent second opinion. The report is written so your provider can act on it.
