Questions
What if my NAS is already failing?
Tell us on the intake. We will prioritise getting a clean off-site copy before touching anything on the failing unit.
Do I need a Wasabi account?
No. We can create one in your name and hand it over, or replicate to an account you already have.
Will you need to visit?
Most of this is done remotely. If a visit is needed we will say so on the intake call and agree it with you first.
What does the restore test involve?
We pick real files and folders, restore them from the off-site copy while you watch, and check them against the originals. You see it work before we sign off.
